ブランデーケーキは、洋酒の芳醇な風味の大人向け本格スイーツ。

今回は、島田市にある御菓子司「みのや」のブランデーケーキをご紹介します。

ブランデーが染み込むこだわりのパウンドケーキ

みのやのブランデーケーキは、バター生地のパウンドケーキに、芳醇なブランデーを染み込ませています。

パウンドケーキはしっとり焼きあげるために、特殊な蒸す工程を通常の焼成方法に加えて焼き上げております。

そうすることで、ブランデーが染み込みやすいケーキ生地に仕上がるんです。

パウンドケーキが焼きあがった後、ハケなどを使って丁寧にブランデーと特製シロップを塗ります。

その後、銀紙に包んで自然に内側まで染み込ませます。

お酒が入っているお菓子のため、2週間ほど日持ちするのですが、その間にもブランデーがパウンドケーキの内側までしっかり染み込むんです。

香り高いVSOPブランデーを使っているのもおいしさの秘訣

みのやのブランデーケーキに使っているのは、香り高いブランデー「VSOP」。

お酒好きの人にはたまらない大人の味で、この味のとりこになったリピーターも多いんです。
